Pricing Policy If you find a lower price (for the exact same item) in another current Canadian Homeschool catalogue, then simply send the catalogue's name, address, and price along with your order. Although NOT ALWAYS possible, an endeavour will be made to meet that price. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, or publisher price changes, the prices in this catalogue are subject to increases and even to decreases. When this happens, prices of product will change accordingly. If the increase is substantial, you will be notified before shipping, either by mail or by phone to obtain your instructions. If the change is minor, your product will be shipped with a bill enclosed. If there is a decrease you will receive a credit for the difference (cheque or credit card). Backorders will not be shipped if there is a balance due on the order.

Returns Policy:

• All returns are for CREDIT ONLY
• Products from the supplementary catalogues cannot be returned.
• "Special Orders" cannot be returned
• No returns on opened packages of video or audio cassettes and software unless defective.
• Any returns must be postmarked within ten days of receipt of product and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice showing both the invoice number and the date.
• Postage must be prepaid on all returns.
• Returns sent collect will not be accepted.
• Please pack and wrap returns very carefully to avoid damage. Damaged returns will not be accepted. They must be in new and unused condition.
• Product that has been written in, or contain eraser marks will not be accepted.
• Please call NECHAKO LEARNING LADDER for authorization before returning products.

• Visa, Master Card, cheque, or money-order accepted.
• Repeat customers: A purchase in the current year entitles you to receive next year's catalogue package, upon request, at no cost. Catalogues will not be sent automatically each year. To those of you who wonder why this is now so, the following explanation will help.

  Reasons for "request" policy:

  • to avoid sending "duplicate" or "unneeded" catalogues to customers
  • to save unnecessary expenses incurred in shipping to out-of-date addresses (postage and cost of catalogues you may never receive!)
  • to avoid telephone expenses incurred in checking addresses on our mailing list
  • catalogue packages are expensive and we wish to be wise stewards of our resources
  • we want the people who need catalogues to receive them quickly and efficiently when they need them
  • to cut our costs to you
